?? Job Posting: Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay Range: $25-$28/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time

Overview:
Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable and growing company. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys a fast-paced AP environment and wants a long-term home.

Responsibilities:

• High-volume invoice processing
• 3-way matching and PO verification
• GL coding and data entry
• Manage vendor inquiries and relationships
• Process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Support month-end close with AP reconciliations
• Process credit card statements and employee expense reports

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of AP experience
• Strong accuracy and data-entry skills
• Experience with SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP is a plus
